Land of the free and home of the brave!

Falli's Word

Good day family and friends! I want to express my gratitude to our loyal customers, and new customers that we have had the pleasure of working with in June. Many people are coming in to find relief from the stresses of life, especially since COVID-19. The most popular services in June have been 90-minute massages, Near-Infared sauna sessions, Energy healings and Thai massages (intense

stretching with clothes on). In addition to our spa services, we are offering six different classes in July for your growth and development. Please note that two of our classes are moving to different days for your convenience. Kundalini Yoga is moving from Monday to Saturday from 9-10AM and Virtual Mudra Vigyan from Wednesday to Friday from 5-6PM. I hope you will be able to attend a few of these amazing classes.

As you may have noticed, we have a new Front Desk Receptionist and her name is Paige Anthony. We are happy to have her and I want to welcome her to the Seventh Wonder Spa family.

As always, my wish for you is to become the best version of yourself. My team and I are here to support you in your journey of health through the various services and classes that we offer. Please email me at seventhwonderspa@gmail.com if there is something that I can offer that will help you with your health goals. I look forward to the next time we see each other and thank you for choosing Seventh Wonder Holistic Spa as your partner in wellness.

Wishing you a safe and happy 4th of July!

Salt Water Rinse

This process helps to clear negative energy from the physical body.

Salt Rinse Directions:

Mix 1 handful salt with 1 bucket of water. In shower or tub, rinse entire body with salt. During rinse, visualize the negative and cloudy energies leaving the body. Visualize all negative thoughts and energy flowing down the drain and away. Repeat positive affirmations to yourself until finished. Leave salt water on body. There should not be enough salt to create stickiness.

Himalayan salt bars can be purchased from the spa.

Featured Spa Service of the Month

* Pranic Energy Healing *

Pranic healing corrects imbalances in the body's energy field and transfers life force to the patient. This life force can also be characterized as universal energy; it is not the healer's energy. Trained Pranic healers access and transmit universal energy to the patient using specific frequencies and techniques for specific diseases and conditions.
Pranic healing is done without touching. It is a three step process that substantially accelerates the body's innate ability to heal at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Step 1: Check and scan body for energy abnormalities.

Step 2: Clean and remove energy abnormalities. Removing dirty or diseased energy in the body helps to eradicate blockages in the energy channels.

Step 3. Replenish and revitalize with life force. Energizing the transference of fresh prana or life energy to the body which is applied once the cleansing process is completed.

To give an example, when we cut our fingers or bruise our legs, our body automatically takes the necessary steps to prevent blood loss and repair the damaged tissues. Our bodies are constantly exposed to a variety of toxins, chemicals and pollutants from the environments we live in, but our built-in defense system fights of all these germs and protects us.   When we are healthy and happy, we feel charged up and are full of energy. When we are sick or upset, we feel down or drained. In other words, a healthy body has an abundance of prana while a sick or diseased body is low on prana. The healing process of an individual is accelerated by increasing the prana life force in them which is readily available from the sun, air and earth.

Mudras are for everyone. They awaken cosmic energies and purify the mind, body and soul. They are finger postures performed by pressing two fingertips together by flexing and stretching the other fingers in a particular manner. Mudras stimulate electromagnetic energy, activate dormant nerves, correct imbalance and heal many ailments. They are engaged during pranayama and meditation while practicing certain asanas. Each finger represents an element: Thumb finger represents Agni/fire - Index finger represents Vayu/air - Middle finger represents Akash/ether - Ring finger represents Pruthvi/earth - Little finger represent Varun/water. Bandhas are unique internal energy locks that conserve and distribute the vital energy within the body and prevent it from flowing outwards. Bandhas are engaged only during kumbhaka or retention of breath. They are advanced techniques that are designed to improve circulation, vitality, stability in the torso and improve overall strength. Finger postures called mudras are used in this meditation focused on purifying the mind, body, and soul.
