Vickie is incredibly knowledgeable and talented; she has performed in a number of stregnth training competitions herself.

Trainers Frank Young and Vickie Shaw taught our Barbell Class in June. We focused on the bench press and the deadlift. We all walked away a bit more confident and connected.
Staff Spotlight: Vickie has worked in the drug and alcohol treatment field for years and has the ability to make everyone feel safe and welcome. Be sure to check out one of her classes this month!
